Job summary

Pak'nSAVE Royal Oak is seeking an experienced Online Manager to lead the online shopping operation. This senior role oversees everyday online order picking, packing, and on-time pickup, while coaching the team and upholding food safety and customer service standards.

You will drive a fast-paced store environment, develop the online team, and help build a new staging area to handle double the orders by next year. Prior supermarket leadership and online ops are highly valued.

• Proven leadership experience in a supermarket/retail environment (online experience preferred).

We are looking for an experienced and motivated OnlineManager to lead our growing online shopping operation. This is a hands-onleadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced supermarketenvironment and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

About the Role

As our Online Manager, you will be responsible for theday-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are pickedaccurately, packed efficiently, and available to pick up on time. You willlead, train, and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of foodsafety, productivity, and customer service. This is a senior management position in our team and applications will reflect the requirements. Oh, and we are building a new online staging area to handle twice as many orders by this time next year!
