Qualifications

• Experience in social media management within games or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, growth, and engagement.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong creative writing skills for engaging, entertaining, and consistent social content.
• Experience with photography, video capture, and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and online communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and external partners.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead game social media, community and marketing strategies from development to launch and post-release.
• Plan, create, publish content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Collaborate with Viva La Dirt League to coordinate promotions and on-set content.
• Capture short-form video and photography for promotional content during development and filming.
• Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and media partners.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with milestones, playtests, and releases.
• Grow and manage online community (Discord, social channels) and engage with players.
• Monitor performance and engagement to refine marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with trends and opportunities to promote the game.
