Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications and timelines
• Monitor performance of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards
• Assist in planning and scheduling work with the project manager
• Inspect ongoing work for compliance with building codes and project specifications
• Identify and report construction issues, delays or risks and implement practical solutions
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to support smooth site operations
• Maintain site records and progress reporting to management
