Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Auckland is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a large and evolving organisation. You will deliver accurate payroll processing for a diverse workforce and support ongoing system improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation (PAYE, KiwiSaver, Holidays Act) and the ability to interpret employment agreements, with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll in large or complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation (PAYE, KiwiSaver, Holidays Act).
• Ability to interpret employment agreements and payroll policies.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and collaboration.
• Solid systems aptitude; TechnologyOne experience is advantageous.
