Job summary

Partly NZ is seeking a Network Manager, NZ Supply and Solutions, to own the New Zealand supply network. You will manage selection, live inventory, and supplier performance to ensure repair parts are available and accurately stated.

Your role blends commercial, analytical, and hands-on execution in a high-growth environment. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate insights into actions, while building trust with suppliers and expanding coverage.

Qualifications

• Analytical and commercial thinking with ability to build models and translate data into commercial outcomes.
• Hands-on operator who pulls data, builds dashboards, and drives improvements.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Empathy for suppliers and understanding their business to advocate effectively.
• Ownership mindset with autonomy in a fast-growing environment.
• Proficiency with BI tools, CRMs and integration concepts; ability to discuss with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive selection, availability and supplier performance across the network.
• Own day-to-day health of the supply network: breadth, accuracy, and fulfilment reliability.
• Use supplier data to identify under-performance and develop improvement playbooks.
• Set priorities for coverage, integrations, pricing and supplier recruitment.
• Lead with data in dashboards and generate insights for leadership and suppliers.
• Turn signals into action to address coverage gaps or delays.
• Synthesize supplier needs into a clear internal point of view.
• Represent suppliers in product, engineering and operations decisions.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with suppliers.
