Restaurant Brands NZ invites an exceptional leader to become Market Director, KFC New Zealand. You will own the NZ P&L and drive growth across a national restaurant network, delivering measurable commercial results with passion for brand excellence.

Reporting to the NZ President, you will shape market strategy, lead a high-performing operations team, and influence decision-making across marketing, finance and supply chain to sustain superior customer experiences and long-term profitability.

Formación

• Significant senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability.
• Ability to lead large, geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong capability to translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management across corporate, franchise, supplier and executive teams.
• Passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the full New Zealand P&L for a market-leading brand.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives driving revenue and profitability.
• Champion innovation, customer experience and operational excellence across multi-site operations.
• Mentor and build a high-performing leadership team and succession plans.
• Act as senior custodian of the KFC brand in New Zealand and influence key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to accelerate growth and expansion.
