Qualifications

• Must hold a New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) licence.
• Solid experience in high-end residential construction.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-end residential new builds and renovations.
• Deliver a high standard of workmanship across all stages of construction.
• Read and work from plans and specifications.
• Work alongside a professional team of trades and contractors.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and site presentation.
