Job summary

nib NZ limited is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to shape nib’s New Zealand provider network. You will lead the Health Provider Engagement team, shape pricing and negotiations, and build strong partnerships across the healthcare sector to balance affordability, quality, access and provider sustainability for members.

You will use data and market insight to understand drivers of healthcare costs and to identify opportunities to deliver better value.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand healthcare system.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Experience in negotiation and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.

Responsibilities
