WSP NZ seeks an experienced Renewable Energy Lead to steer power and energy projects nationwide. This hands-on role blends strategic oversight with active delivery, requiring deep knowledge in wind, solar or battery storage and a proven ability to secure client trust.

Reporting to the Director of Power & Energy, you will develop growth plans, mentor teams, and travel across New Zealand to oversee complex projects and ensure technical excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or programme delivery.
• Experience in renewable energy project development.
• 7+ years as advisory consultant in wind, solar or battery energy storage.
• Proven people leadership and business development track record.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Renewable Energy sub-sector in NZ.
• Develop and deliver growth and capability plans for the business.
