EC Markets Group Ltd in Auckland CBD is seeking an experienced CFD Sales Team Leader to grow and lead our local sales force. This hands-on leadership role combines recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of a high-performing team in New Zealand's dynamic online trading market.

You will coach reps on CFD products and client acquisition, set targets, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with senior management on market expansion, compliance and strategic partnerships within the NZ

Qualifications

• Prior CFD/Forex/online brokerage experience.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record of driving sales through coaching and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and build a high-performing CFD sales team in Auckland.
• Identify, interview and hire BDMs/Sales Executives.
• Provide onboarding and training for new team members.
• Train the team on CFD products, client acquisition, sales processes, CRM usage.
