EC Markets LTD in Auckland CBD is seeking an experienced CFD Sales Team Leader to build and lead a local sales force. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing client relationships and recruiting, training, and developing the team.

• Experience recruiting and building a sales team.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate sales staff.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven sales and business development capabilities.
• Experience in CFD/Forex or online brokerage industries.
• Ability to set and drive toward KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and build a high-performing CFD sales team in Auckland.
• Identify, interview and hire suitable BDMs / Sales Executives.
• Provide structured onboarding and training for new team members.
• Train the team on CFD products, client acquisition, sales processes, CRM usage and relationship management.
• Coach team members through calls, meetings and day-to-day activities.
• Set individual and team targets and manage performance against KPIs.
• Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients, traders, IBs and partners.
• Support team in developing client and partner networks.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
• Identify underperformance early and provide coaching and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with senior management on recruitment and market development.
