Job summary

Estia Health is looking for caring individuals to join our aged care team in Auckland. You will help residents with daily activities, meals, mobility, and personal care, while collaborating with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and solid computer/documentation skills, with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life and dignity.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Previous caregiver or similar role experience.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life - ensure residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team.
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friendly presence and protect residents’ privacy and dignity.
