Nude Lucy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newmarket to partner with the Store Manager to elevate customer experience, drive commercial results, and lead a high-performing team.

You will own daily operations, coaching, rostering, stock control and visual merchandising, while upholding the brand's minimalist aesthetic and exceptional standards.

• Experience leading retail teams (Supervisor/2IC or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs.
• Assist in rostering, stock management and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

About the Role:

As theAssistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)

• High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
