Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Rotorua is seeking a Nightshift Warehouse & Administration Coordinator to balance admin tasks with hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced operation.

You will process nightly orders, manage picks and dispatch paperwork, support loading, and communicate with shifts. The role offers full training and a clear path in logistics. Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm-2:00am with overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or administration is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and train in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work Sunday-Thursday night shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise nightly pick and dispatch paperwork.
• Check orders for accuracy, manage substitutions, and process out-of-stocks.
• Record nightly picking/loading activity; communicate updates to the dayshift team.
• Assist with picking and loading when required; ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.
