Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to join a busy team in Hastings. The role combines administration with hands-on warehouse and logistics tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have admin experience in logistics, be detail-oriented and comfortable using Excel and multiple systems. NZ working rights are required and day shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, warehousing, inventory or dispatch.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock control.
• Confident using computers and different systems/software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Recording stock movements and completing data entry.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• General administration and updating systems.
• Using Excel for spreadsheets, tracking and reporting.
• Working closely with both office and warehouse teams.
• Assisting with hands-on operational tasks when required.
