Job summary

Bidfood in Rotorua (Bay of Plenty) seeks a Night Shift Warehouse Manager to lead the night operation, owning performance across warehouse and night despatch functions. This full-time leadership role (45 hours/week) requires people leadership, resource planning, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requires experience leading a nightshift team and achieving KPI targets.
Experience with WMS and inventory control is preferred.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a nightshift team of 20+ people and drive performance.
Ensure orders are picked and loaded accurately and on time.
Manage labour rostering and resource planning to meet targets.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Lead health & safety and food safety compliance across the nightshift.
