Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners NZ (CCEP NZ) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Auckland site. You’ll maintain plant equipment, ensure reliability through night shifts and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

We value trade registrations and NZCE; 5+ years in industrial maintenance, especially beverage, and a detail-oriented, organized mindset ready to work in a collaborative team with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ industrial maintenance experience – beverage industry experience a strong advantage.
• Detail-driven mindset – you spot the small things that make a big difference.
• Highly organised – keep maintenance activities running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Support night shift with reliable maintenance coverage between 6pm–6am.
• Identify and implement process improvements to lift quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in a safety-focused environment.
