Job summary

CCEP New Zealand is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Auckland. The role covers a 42-hour week on the night shift (6pm–6am) with opportunities for overtime. You’ll join a lean, safety‑conscious team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

You’ll maintain and optimise plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements that boost product quality and efficiency, all in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ industrial maintenance experience – beverage industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Detail-driven mindset – you spot the small things that make a big difference.
• Highly organised – keep maintenance activities running smoothly and efficiently.
• Safety first – bring a strong, uncompromising commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant equipment operates smoothly and reliably.
• Support night shift team, with shifts 6pm–6am; overtime available.
