Job summary

IDEA Services, part of IHC, is seeking a Support Worker for forensic rehabilitation on awake night shifts at a secure facility in Auckland. You will help manage risk, maintain safety, monitor residents, and respond to individual needs during the night.

Previous experience is preferred, but the right attitude and life experience are valued. A Full NZ driver's license and strong communication skills are essential; training toward Health and Wellbeing certificates is offered.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds such as security, corrections, defence, youth work, trades, or health support encouraged.
