Job summary

Qube Logistics is seeking a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator in Onehunga to oversee the movement and flow of containers within the depot. You will coordinate trucks, reconcile records, and communicate with drivers and stakeholders during the 3.30pm–12.30am shift with Sunday rostered work.

A minimum of 2 years in administration, preferably transport, is expected. Join a team that keeps New Zealand's supply chains moving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement and flow of containers within the depot.
• Process trucks in and out of the yard using the in-house booking system.
• Direct truck driver movements and ensure cut-offs are met.
• Reconcile driver sheets and MPI data for compliance.
• Handle internal and external enquiries and communicate with stakeholders.
