Vitaco Group is seeking a capable Night Shift Team Leader to run GMP Manufacturing and GMP Packing operations from 10:00pm to 6:30am in Whangarei, New Zealand.

You will lead a team of machine operators, drive safety and quality, coach staff, and coordinate resources to deliver on-time production while maintaining hygiene and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SH&E initiatives and promote a safety culture.
• Deliver production plans with high quality and hygiene standards.
• Coach and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and People & Culture for resource planning.
• Maintain compliance with audits and collective agreements.
