Job summary

Vitaco is seeking a capable and proactive Team Leader to lead our Night Shift operations in GMP Manufacturing and GMP Packing. You will oversee a team of machine operators, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, efficient production with high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Line Manager, you will drive SH&E initiatives, coach staff, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering and People & Culture to meet production targets while maintaining cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG production environments.
• 3-5 years leadership in manufacturing and packing.
• OH&S experience in a production setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving with a continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SH&E initiatives, promoting a safer culture.
• Deliver production plans efficiently with high product quality and hygiene.
• Coach and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and People & Culture.
• Maintain compliance with audits and collective agreements.
• Roster management and 45 hours per week scheduling.
