Job summary
ExtraStaff seeks experienced Class 5 Truck & Trailer Drivers for a nightshift role based in Christchurch, transporting aggregate across Canterbury. You will work between quarries and customer sites, bringing safety-focused, hands-on driving to busy environments.
The role requires a Full Class 5 Licence, proven Truck & Trailer experience, and the ability to operate Road Ranger gearboxes. Competitive hourly rates and ongoing opportunities are on offer.
Qualifications
- Full Class 5 License.
- Proven Truck & Trailer experience.
- Experience operating Road Ranger gearboxes.
- Ability to jackknife trailers confidently.
- Strong reversing skills, including maneuvering into tight spaces.
- Experience carting aggregate, quarry materials, or bulk products preferred.
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow site procedures.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Responsibilities
