Job summary

Alliance Group Pukeuri is seeking a Nightwatch Security Officer to help protect our people, site and assets after hours. You will monitor access, run security checks and support emergency procedures.

This practical shift role suits someone who works independently, is reliable and attentive to detail, and can communicate clearly with a range of people. A background in security or site operations is beneficial, and basic Word/Excel skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors and vehicles.
• Conduct regular security patrols across buildings, yards, workshops and operational areas.
• Identify and promptly report security, safety, welfare and maintenance issues.
• Support emergency response, evacuation and shutdown procedures when required.
• Carry out welfare and safety checks on people working alone during the night.
• Monitor gates, doors, lighting, permits and authorised vehicle movements.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly throughout your shift.
