Job summary

CGR Services is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations. As the senior manager on duty during the night shift, you will oversee guest services, security, and the night audit process, ensuring smooth, safe, and memorable stays.

You will lead the Front Office and Night teams, coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Finance and Engineering, and handle escalations with a calm, professional approach while maintaining service standards and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager or senior Front Office leader.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Experience with Opera PMS highly regarded.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• First Aid Certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
• Attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Flexibility to work overnight, weekends and public holidays.
• Calm, professional approach when managing incidents and guest concerns.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations. As the senior manager on duty during the night shift, you will oversee the hotel's operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain security and safety standards, and manage the night audit process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Night Manager, Night Audit Manager, or senior Front Office leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office
• Managers and First Aid Certificate preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A calm and professional approach when managing incidents and guest concerns
