Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a reliable warehouse team member in Auckland. The role involves picking and packing orders, stock receipting, and dispatch preparation, with heavy lifting and two-person lifts as needed. You will operate warehouse systems, use handheld devices, and support multiple areas to keep operations smooth.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Sorting, receipting, and putting stock away
• Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for dispatch
• Dispatching customer and store orders
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Operating warehouse systems and handheld technology
• Performing basic administrative and inventory-related tasks
• Supporting multiple operational areas as needed
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and safety
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assisting with stock investigations and inventory accuracy checks
• Heavy lifting of items up to 100+kg as part of a two-person lift

Job description

This role works off a Tuesday to Saturday roster with hours between 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Sorting, receipting, and putting stock away
• Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for dispatch
• Dispatching customer and store orders
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Operating warehouse systems and handheld technology where required
• Performing basic administrative and inventory-related tasks
• Supporting multiple operational areas as business needs require
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workplace safety
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assisting with stock investigations and inventory accuracy checks
• Heavy lifting of items up to 100+kg as part of a two-person lift
