Job summary

Saint Kentigern is seeking an experienced Network, Tenant and Security Manager to lead our network and cyber security environments across multiple Auckland campuses. You will drive technology initiatives, own the security roadmap, and guide a high-performing team to deliver reliable services for teaching, staff and students.

You will partner with the CTO to translate strategy into delivery plans, uplift security maturity, and ensure governance, risk management and vendor partnerships are robust.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of ICT teams in complex environments.
• Strong network and cyber security management background.
• Experience with M365 tenant governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across infrastructure, network, applications.
• Coach and develop team; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee network security, VPN, firewalls, and WAN.
• Manage M365 tenant governance and identity systems.
• Own cyber security posture: endpoints, threat monitoring, incident response.
