Ko tā mātou mahi - About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced cyber security leader to lead Kordia’s Security Engineering function across Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Unified Security Management (USM), and Network and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security.
This is a senior technical and people leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You’ll look critically at how our services operate today, identify where manual processes can be simplified or automated, and lead engineering changes that improve efficiency, consistency and scale. We need someone who sees manual effort and asks whether there’s a smarter way to work.
You’ll also lead and develop a team of Security Engineers, setting the technical direction and engineering standards for the function. Working closely with customers, vendors and leaders across Kordia, you’ll ensure our managed security services remain resilient, scalable and aligned with changing customer needs and security threats.
