Job summary

Comspek International is seeking an experienced Technical Writer for a 6-month contract to support a network and infrastructure discovery and documentation initiative in Wellington, New Zealand.

You will gather information from technical teams, validate existing network, wireless, and site infrastructure environments, and produce comprehensive technical artefacts including diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge base articles suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Ability to document network environments, operational procedures and architectures.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and WiFi technologies.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from technical teams and stakeholders.

• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, inventories, and runbooks.
