Inde in New Zealand is seeking Intermediate and Senior Network Engineers to join our employee-owned IT consultancy, serving enterprise customers across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. You will design and deliver modern networking solutions and take ownership from planning through to handover.

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand goals and translate into networking solutions.
• Design, scope and present modern network solutions (ZTNA, SASE, Cloud Networking, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi).
• Deliver implementations on time, within scope and to a high technical standard.
• Take ownership from planning through to implementation, documentation and customer handover.
• Maintain high-quality customer communication, manage expectations and escalate issues when needed.
• Continuously develop expertise through ongoing learning and professional certifications.

Intermediate and Senior Network Engineers

We have Intermediate and Senior Network Engineer roles available. These roles can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their goals, challenges and operational requirements, translating these into practical networking solutions
• Design, scope and present modern network solutions using technologies such as ZTNA, SASE, Cloud Networking, along with traditional routing, switching and Wi‑Fi
• Deliver industry-leading implementations that create meaningful customer outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and to a high technical standard
• Take ownership of technical delivery from planning through to implementation, documentation and customer handover
• Maintain high-quality customer communication, proactively managing expectations, escalating issues when needed and ensuring customers remain informed throughout delivery
• Continuously develop your expertise through ongoing learning, professional certifications and hands‑on exposure to new technologies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Strong experience in network engineering, with expertise across enterprise networking technologies and a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends

The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences

A customer-first mindset, focused on delivering outcomes rather than simply implementing technology
Excellent problem-solving skills and sound technical judgement, with the ability to analyse options and recommend the best path forward

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
A collaborative approach, sharing knowledge generously and contributing positively to team success

A proactive, accountable work style with a willingness to take ownership, communicate openly and seek support when needed
Curiosity and a genuine commitment to continuous learning, growth and professional development
