is seeking an experienced Network and Cybersecurity Engineer to deliver design, implementation, and security for the ABB 800xA-based ICSS and PMS network infrastructure across the full project lifecycle. This technically demanding, project-delivery role sits at the intersection of industrial automation, network architecture, and OT cybersecurity, working within a multidisciplinary team to define, implement, and commission the network and cybersecurity in compliant with standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial network and/or OT cybersecurity engineering, testing and commissioning on DCS/ICSS/PMS platforms; offshore/marine/FPSO preferred.
• Hands-on experience with industrial network design (Belden/Cisco switches, routers, firewalls) in ICSS/PMS environments.
• Experience with ABB System800xA networks or comparable DCS platforms (Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa) is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC/OPC UA, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, IEC61850).

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure and test the ABB 800xA ICSS and PMS network infrastructure per architecture and project specs (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, IP addressing, time sync).
• Implement cybersecurity controls per IEC 62443, including Windows hardening, RBAC, antimalware, application whitelisting, lockdowns, secure remote access, patching, backup/restore.
• Prepare engineering/testing deliverables: configuration files, IP/VLAN/port schedules, FAT/SAT procedures, test reports, as-built docs.
• Participate in FAT/SAT activities, network validation, cybersecurity verification testing, and troubleshooting of network/security issues.

We are seeking an experienced Network& Cybersecurity Engineer to deliver the design, implementation, and security of the ABB 800xA-based ICSS and PMS network infrastructure, covering the full project lifecycle from engineering and FAT through site installation, testing and commissioning.

This is a technically demanding, project delivery focused role at the intersection of industrial automation, network architecture, and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team of automation, safety, telecom and PMS engineers, playing a critical rolein defining, designing, implementing, and commissioning the network and cybersecurity in

compliant with cybersecurity standards across the full operational lifecycle of ICSS and PMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure and test the 800xAICSS and PMS network infrastructure in line with the approved network architecture and project specifications, including industrial switches, routers and firewalls, network redundancy, VLAN segmentation, IP addressing, firewall/DMZ rule sets and network time synchronization.
• Implement the cybersecurity controls defined in the Cybersecurity Design Specification in accordance with IEC 62443,including Windows server and workstation hardening, Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC), antimalware, application whitelisting, port/USB lockdown, secure remote access, patch deployment and backup/restore.
• Prepare engineering and testing deliverables, including switch and firewall configuration files, IP/VLAN and port allocation schedules, FAT and SAT test procedures, cybersecurityverification test procedures, test reports and as-built documentation.
• Participate in FAT and SAT activities, including network validation, cybersecurity verification testing, and troubleshooting of network and security-related issues.
