Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau's Kidz First Neonatal Unit (NNU) provides Level III care and supports whaanau-centered practice, delivering high-quality care for preterm infants. The unit emphasises partnership with families and ongoing professional development for the team.

We offer an orientation program, ongoing training, performance development and support, within a rewarding work environment that fosters growth and clinical excellence in neonatal nursing.

Competenze

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Minimum of 1+ years neonatal/paediatric nursing experience in NZ.
• Commitment to professional development and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
