• Experience in client-facing roles such as consulting or business analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on nCino implementation best practices.
• Lead client-facing workshops to design and tailor nCino solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Perform functional solution design and process design aligned to best practices.
• Present solution playbacks and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Configure, build, and test nCino solutions or guide delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams for successful outcomes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the nCino practice.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Strong understanding of functional solution design and business process mapping.
• Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, BA, functional delivery).
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded.
• Relevant Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred
