Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Strong understanding of functional solution design and business process mapping.
• Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, BA, functional delivery).
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience across the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Background in banking or financial services is highly regarded.
• Relevant Salesforce and/or nCino certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on nCino implementation best practices, helping them maximize value from the platform.
• Lead and support client-facing workshops to design and tailor nCino solutions.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional designs, leveraging nCino out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Perform functional solution design and process design aligned to best practices.
• Present solution playbacks and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Configure, build, and test nCino solutions, or guide delivery teams in doing so.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the nCino practice.
