Job summary

Aramex is seeking an experienced National Linehaul Manager to lead the New Zealand linehaul network. You will report to the Regional Operations Director - Oceania and drive performance, service, profitability, and compliance across the nationwide network.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, franchise partners, hub managers, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations and outstanding service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' leadership experience within transport, logistics, or linehaul operations.
• Strong knowledge of linehaul operations and network management.
• Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management.
• Experience driving operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

About the Role

Aramex Linehaul has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced National Linehaul Manager to lead our nationwide linehaul network.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director - Oceania, this role is responsible for driving operational performance, service excellence, contractor engagement, compliance, and profitability across the New Zealand linehaul network.

You will work closely with senior leaders, franchise partners, hub managers, and contractors to ensure the network operates safely, efficiently, and delivers outstanding service outcomes.
