Qualifications

• 7+ years in heavy vehicle fleet management.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong NZ transport compliance knowledge.
• Experience with asset lifecycle, budgeting and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and optimisation of Hall's national fleet.
• Develop fleet lifecycle strategies and capital plans.
• Drive preventative maintenance and improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and fleet safety.
• Manage fleet budgets, fuel, tyres and cost efficiencies.
• Oversee fleet systems, telematics and reporting.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the fleet team for continuous improvement.
