You will partner with senior leaders to drive governance, fleet optimisation, risk management, safety and compliance while delivering continual improvement. Strong analytics (Excel, Power BI) and pragmatic leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant fleet management experience in a large, complex org.
• Expertise in asset lifecycle management and fleet optimisation.
• Commercial acumen with capital planning and lifecycle cost management.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop national fleet strategy and governance framework.
• Lead fleet asset planning.
