Job summary

Selleys, proudly part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking an exceptional people leader to take ownership of a national field sales team across New Zealand. You’ll coach, develop capability and foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement with 8 field representatives nationwide and regular travel.

Reporting into the Selleys Country Manager, you’ll align with Sales, Marketing and Key Account teams to execute priorities, lead national field initiatives and drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

We're looking for an exceptional people leader to take ownership of a national field sales team across New Zealand. Reporting into the Selleys Country Manager, you'll be responsible for developing capability, lifting performance and creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. This role leads a team of 8 field representatives located throughout New Zealand and requires regular travel to coach, support and develop the team in-market.
