Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a senior Programme Manager, Diagnostics, to lead a nationwide improvement programme. You will drive delivery across clinical, operational, digital, and workforce domains, with initial focus on bowel and cervical components in the national diagnostic programme.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and clinical chiefs to optimize capacity, leverage data, and report progress to executives.

Qualificações

• Proven delivery of large-scale national programmes.
• Strong relationship-building with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Experience using data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Sound governance and budgeting oversight.
• Experience engaging Māori and Pacific partners for equitable outcomes.
• Clear, effective communication to senior management.
• Ability to lead teams through change.
• Eight years' PM experience in public/health sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national diagnostic improvement programme across NZ, aligning strategy with frontline delivery.
• Coordinate across clinical, operational, digital, workforce and investment perspectives.
• Engage with clinical leaders and regional delivery leads to optimize capacity and reduce variation.
• Governance, reporting and outcomes tracking to executives.
• Incorporate Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments and work with Māori/Pacific partners for equity.
• Communicate complex information clearly to senior management and ministers if needed.
• Navigate change and sustain delivery through complex environments.
