Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Hastings (Hawke's Bay) seeks a Bowel Screening Programme Manager to lead the National Bowel Screening Programme at the Hawke's Bay site. You will coordinate with governance bodies and clinical teams to drive improvements and ensure timely progression for patients with positive FIT results.

You will champion equity for Māori, Pacific peoples and deprived communities, analyse performance data, and report on programme indicators while building strong

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the National Bowel Screening Programme for Hawke's Bay.
• Coordinate with NBSP Governance Group and Endoscopy User Group to drive improvements.
• Ensure equitable access and outcomes for Māori, Pacific Island, and deprived populations (deprivation 9/10).
• Develop and report on programme indicators and performance data.
