Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a proactive and highly organized Field Operations Coordinator to support customers, field teams, and contractors from our Napier depot. This temporary full-time role focuses on coordinating and monitoring jobs from allocation through to completion, handling invoicing, POs, reconciliations, stock allocation, and process documentation.

You will be the key points of contact for customers and field staff, ensuring timely updates and high work standards while building

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or operational support.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, customer-focused communication style.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign jobs to field staff and contractors.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion against KPIs.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers with clear updates.
• Liaise with field staff, contractors, and network providers to resolve issues.
• Prepare invoices, create purchase orders, and support debt management.
• Complete monthly project reconciliations and batch preparation.
• Provide stock allocation, admin support, and reception duties.
• Assist with user acceptance testing for system changes.
• Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery.
