Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Wellington seeks an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to step into a Team Manager role. You will lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team while continuing to manage your own MSK clinical caseload.

The role combines clinical leadership with strategic growth, offering influence within a leading rehabilitation organisation in Wellington. NZ registration and APC are essential, with a driver licence required.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with NZ Physiotherapy Board and current APC.
• Strong MSK physiotherapy experience.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring or people management.
• Understanding of ACC rehabilitation and NZ health sector.
• Driver licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team while maintaining own MSK caseload.
• Drive clinical quality and positive client outcomes.
• Build relationships with referral partners.
