Job summary

Frontline Health Wellington & Lower North Island is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to step into a Team Manager role in Wellington. You will lead, coach and support a team of health professionals while maintaining your own clinical caseload, balancing clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.

You will work with senior leaders to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services, strong business performance and an outstanding experience for clients and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Experienced Physiotherapist with leadership experience.
• NZ registration as a Physiotherapist with APC.
• Extensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy background.
• Proven leadership, mentoring or people management history.
• Strong knowledge of ACC-funded rehabilitation and NZ health sector.
• Full NZ Driver Licence.

About the Role

As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and supporting a team of health professionals while maintaining your own clinical caseload. You'll work closely with senior leaders and clinical specialists to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services, strong business performance, and an outstanding experience for both clients and referral partners.

This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to influence team culture, drive performance, and contribute to the ongoing growth of rehabilitation services across the region.

About You

• You will be an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys supporting others to succeed and is confident balancing clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.
• NZ registration as a Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practising Certificate
• Extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Previous leadership, mentoring or people management experience
• Strong understanding of ACC-funded rehabilitation and the New Zealand health sector
• A current full New Zealand Driver Licence
