Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in New Zealand is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist for a full-time role across Auckland/Pukekohe. You will work within a collaborative MDT including occupational therapists, psychologists, and medical specialists to deliver assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, supporting client recovery and independence.

The ideal candidate has NZ APC, at least 2 years' NZ experience, and a patient-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Physiotherapist with NZ APC.
• Minimum 2 years of NZ clinical experience in musculoskeletal settings.
• Ability to work within an MDT and deliver holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support functional recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with MDT colleagues to coordinate care and document progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focused on functional recovery
• Collaborate closely with MDT colleagues to provide holistic, coordinated care
• Support clients in setting and achieving their recovery and independence goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with relevant requirements

Skills and Experience

• Registered Physiotherapist with a current NZ APC
• At least 2 years' experience in NZ as a Physiotherapist
• Experience working with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand
• Strong time management and organisational skills
