Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Lead Physiotherapist or Clinical Leader to head the Wellington MSK team across multiple sites while maintaining a small caseload.

You will coach and develop physiotherapists and team leaders, shape service delivery, and work with a national clinical leadership group to drive performance, engagement and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• NZ physiotherapy registration and APC required.
• Experience leading MSK teams.
• Strong clinical reasoning in MSK physiotherapy.

What you’ll bring

• A recognised New Zealand physiotherapy qualification
• Current PBNZ registration and APC
• Strong clinical reasoning within MSK physiotherapy
• Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience
• Confidence coaching clinicians and supporting team performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to balance operational priorities with clinical quality
• A full New Zealand driver’s licence
