Job summary

Recreational Services is looking for a Mower Operator to join the Waitaki team. You will handle mowing, weed eating and basic maintenance, keeping parks and public spaces well presented. A full NZ driver’s license (manual) is required, with Class 2 preferred. Training will be provided where needed.

What does a mower operator do you ask?

You will be responsible for general parks and grounds maintenance with activities including (and we will train you if you're not an expert), mowing, weed eating, basic mechanical maintenance of plant and ensuring that the grounds always look well presented. This is a varied, physical role upkeeping our local community, where you will be a highly valued member of the team!

Who we are looking for:

• A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual - even better if you have a class 2 license.
