Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on vehicle detailing experience or similar operational experience.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or buddying team members.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, chemical handling, PPE, and equipment care.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing detailers on cleaning, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Demonstrate best-practice detailing techniques through hands-on coaching.
• Support onboarding with practical guidance and mentoring.
• Train staff on safe use of products, chemicals, equipment, PPE, and tools.
• Conduct quality checks and staff audits to identify coaching opportunities.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve quality, safety, and productivity.
• Identify skill gaps and develop practical training solutions.
• Support daily operations and provide leadership coverage when required.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on pride, consistency and improvement.
• Assist with branch operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Are you an experienced vehicle detailer who enjoys coaching others and leading by example? We're looking for a Motorhome Detailing Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing, supporting, and upskilling our detailing crew.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves being on the floor, working alongside the team, and helping others build confidence and capability. You'll provide practical training, support onboarding, reinforce quality and safety standards, and help ensure every vehicle leaves guest-ready and looking its best.

What you'll be doing
