Job summary

Endura Mining is seeking a Mining Engineer to lead safe, productive underground mine planning and design, owning schedules and MOS, and delivering accurate production data. You will collaborate with geology, geotechnical and operations teams to optimise ore recovery and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years UG experience with hands on practical component in underground mining.
Narrow vein mining experience.
Team leading experience.
Strong commitment to Safety & Sustainability.
Data analysis and communication.
Deswik software experience.
Ability to present confidently to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Produce mineable development and stope designs that optimise productivity, ore recovery, and safety while minimising cost and exposure to hazards.
Collaborate with geology, geotechnical and mine operations teams to produce up-to-date mine plans.
Maintain the database and catalogue of approved mine plans for data integrity.
Maintain mine planning timely to meet the schedule and operations needs.
Prepare and issue weekly and 3-month mine schedules aligned with production targets.
Monitor performance against plan; report variances and trends with clear commentary.
Provide timely technical input to the operations team to support safe, cost-effective extraction.
Communicate risks and mitigations to the mine schedule.
