Job summary

Endura Mining is seeking a Processing Supervisor to lead shift-based process operations and drive safe, timely production of gold and copper targets. You will oversee crushing, milling, gravity and leach, flotation, and tailings management, reporting to the Processing Superintendent with support from the Senior Metallurgist.

You will mentor crews, ensure training, and adapt plans to optimise performance while preserving plant integrity and safety across a dynamic operation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in metalliferous mineral processing with progression into a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a frontline crew in a shift-based operation.
• Sound operational judgement and practical problem-solving in a fast-paced plant.
• Commitment to safety leadership and team wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets across plant processes.
• Manage plant operation to meet budgeted gold output while maintaining integrity.
• Adapt plans and schedules to changing conditions on site.
• Ensure proper use of reagents and inventory coding by area and activity.
