At AWF, we work alongside New Zealand's top-tier civil contractors, deliver major infrastructure projects nationwide, and we're on the lookout for experienced Mill Operator like you to join our team in Christchurch!

Roles Available:

We want to hear from you if you have experience in one or all the below:

• Paving Foreman
• Sprayer Operator
• * Mill Operator (Class 4 minimum)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working on some of the most exciting projects currently on the go in Christchurch and the Canterbury Region!
• Using your Operator experience for roadworks and construction
• Attend toolbox/WIP meetings & conduct machine checks
• Ensure compliance with NZTA and H&S regulations

What You Need:

• Experience in Roading/ Construction
• Physically fit and ready to work in all weather
• Strong health & safety mindset
• If you have experience in Roading, on the Job training is offered!
• * If you have Class 5 driving licence you will be automatically shortlisted for the Mill Operator role!
